Our design teams create package designs or enhance packaging to maximize the product presentation and protection. We use advanced CAD/CAM systems to enhance the designs and provide samples of the projected package design for your review and approval prior to production.

Engineering and Tooling Services:
Sharp engineers develop efficient, customized production lines to meet any product challenge. Our engineers fine-tune the packaging machinery to improve the quality of the packaging and enhance operating efficiencies for expedient delivery of finished goods. On-site tooling design and production provide precision forming, control over lead times and quality as well as the cost of tooling components.

Advanced Printing Services:
Our printing capabilities include six-color, computer-controlled offset printing with an aqueous coating station and flexographic printing of foil lidding stock. Secondary component production offers die cutting of films, cards, cartons and promotional pieces, as well as the assembly and gluing of cartons.
